It's a dynamic combination of myofascial stretching, joint mobilization, acupressure, energy balancing, rhythmic deep tissue compression, soft tissue manipulation, assisted yoga asana, and Buddhist meditation. Deep Tissue and Thai Massage ($55 for 60 minutes/$85 for 90minutes) Sometimes referred to as "ancient massage" or "yoga for the lazy." Dating back to the time of Buddha, this treatment is similar to acupressure and shiatsu combined with stretches and yogic asanas. The results are pain relief, increased flexibility, more energy and a refreshed mind and spirit. Wear loose, baggy clothes on the bottom on clothes on top. (Allow 60 minutes or 90 minutes.)
Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage ($55 for 60 minutes/$85 for 90minutes) One hour of pure stress relief. Our skilled therapist will concentrate on the areas you request. (Allow 60/90 minutes.)
Hot Stone Massage ($65 for 60 minutes/$95 for 90minutes) The ultimate in relaxation and escape! Heated stones are placed on the body, between the toes and on the chakra points to melt away tension and allow deeper penetration into muscles during massage. (Allow 60/90 minutes.)
Back Therapy Treatment $99 To tackle that hard-to-reach area, we treat the back to a full facial procedure, removing dead skin cells and clearing break-outs. Your back feels relaxed, clean and smooth.
